Ideas and Inspiration

Take a look at some of our fundraising ideas and the events you can get involved with, or get inspired and come up with your own life-saving fundraiser!

  • Kilimanjaro Challenge

Taking on Africa’s highest mountain is often called the hardest thing an ordinary person can do. When it comes to charity challenges, this is classic. The feeling of pushing on to conquer the 5,895m summit is hard to beat – and doing it for a good cause is even better. Join us and take on this challenge with your friends, family or solo, having found a great group of people along the way. Group climbs bring like minded people together to share the experience.

Support Interntional Animal Rescue and reach the roof of Africa! The Lemosho route is one of the most scenic ways to reach the top, offering incredible views from the rainforests of the early days, to the cold summit. You’ll be supported every step of the way by the Action Challenge team – with a UK qualified mountain leader & medic who fly out with the team, plus a highly experienced local crew. The package includes flights, hotels, all camping equipment, meals, permits and more.

If you register for this challenge, you can also get £100 off when you use discount code ‘IAR100’ at checkout!

You can create a fundraising page in memory on JustGiving or if you are planning to collect donations at a funeral and would like some donation envelopes, please get in touch, we would be happy to help arrange this for you.

You can register now and we will send you a reminder to set up your fundraising page when your birthday is coming up.
